1. Data collection

MusicBypass stores playback settings, playlists, downloads, and preferences locally to operate the app and dashboard. No analytics or personal identifiers are collected or transmitted.
2. Local storage only

All data remains on your device. There is no built-in cloud sync, remote database, or off-device backup.
3. Network activity

Network requests are limited to fetching music content you initiate. We do not sell, share, or broker data.
4. Permissions

File system access is used to store downloads and settings. Network access is required to stream or fetch music. No other elevated permissions are requested.
5. Security

Credentials (where used) are handled locally. Do not share your dashboard password or distribute builds that contain your configuration.
6. Children

MusicBypass is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the app.
7. Changes

We may update this policy as the project evolves. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
