Using MusicBypass
Personal, non-commercial use of the desktop app and dashboard with local-only data handling.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MusicBypass, you agree to these terms and the accompanying license.

2. Personal use only
MusicBypass is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute it.

3. Accounts & access
You are responsible for any credentials or passwords you set. Do not share access or include credentials in distributed builds.

4. Acceptable use
Do not use MusicBypass to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass protections, or to extract, recreate, or reuse its code or concepts.

5. Updates & changes
The project is an early release and may change, break, or update frequently. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of new terms.

6. Availability
Service availability is not guaranteed. Features and access (including any tunnel-based mobile access) may be limited or removed.

7. Liability
MusicBypass is provided “AS IS” without warranties. The author is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the project.

8. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms or the license. Upon termination, stop using and delete MusicBypass.

9. Governing terms
The MusicBypass License governs use and restrictions on copying or modification. If a conflict arises, the License terms control.
If you do not accept these terms, do not download or use MusicBypass.
